Section 1: General Casino Rules

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Everygame Casino Classic (“Everygame,” “the Casino,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By registering an account, placing wagers, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. Eligibility

1.1.1 You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting or casino play is legal in your jurisdiction and that you comply with all applicable laws before opening an account or placing wagers. The Casino does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of our services in your location.

1.1.2 For casino registration and play, the minimum age is 18 or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Proof of age may be requested at any time.

1.1.3 Registrations will not be accepted from residents of Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, or Slovakia. We may also refuse new accounts from the United States at our sole discretion.

1.1.4 Accounts created from the following countries are not eligible for any promotional bonuses: Albania, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, China, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, and Ukraine.

1.1.5 Staff members, contractors, or affiliates of Everygame, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to participate in real-money wagering.

1.2. Account Registration and Security

1.2.1 Only one Everygame account is permitted per user. Any attempt to open multiple accounts may result in closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds.

1.2.2 Registration information must be complete, accurate, and kept up to date. The name on the account must match the name on all payment methods used.

1.2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any wagers or account activity conducted with your credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

1.2.4 If you suspect a third party has your login details, you must request a password reset immediately.

1.2.5 By creating an account, you consent to the Casino verifying your details through third-party sources. These checks may confirm your identity, address, payment method, and other details required for compliance.

1.2.6 Everygame may close accounts at its discretion, particularly if identity cannot be verified, if prohibited activity is suspected, if criminal or otherwise suspicious activity is detected, or if valid identification documents are not provided upon request. In cases of criminal or suspicious activity, all account balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited.

1.3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonuses

1.3.1 Deposits will only be accepted from payment methods registered in the account holder’s name. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts owned and controlled by the same individual.

1.3.2 All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

1.3.3 All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to the Bonus Terms and Conditions (Section 2). In case of any discrepancy, the Bonus Terms take precedence.

1.3.4 The Casino reserves the right to withhold payouts and recover costs in cases of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transactions.

1.3.5 Withdrawal methods will generally match the deposit method used. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate withdrawal channel at our discretion. We reserve the right to audit payout requests and reclaim bonuses or winnings in the event of a failed audit.

1.3.6 If there is no activity in your account for a period of 18 months, your account will be considered inactive. At the point of inactivity, any balance in the account will be voided. Upon your request, real money balances may be reinstated.

1.3.7 We may request documents at any time to verify your identity, address, source of funds, and ownership of payment methods. Withdrawal processing is contingent on successful verification. Failure to comply may result in suspended accounts or cancelled payouts.

1.3.8 Withdrawals are subject to processing times and may be paid in instalments where appropriate. Initial requests and updates to withdrawal details may take several business days to process. External factors, such as banking restrictions or holidays, may cause additional delays.

1.3.9 We are not responsible for delays in processing that result from third-party institutions or external circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will notify you of such delays.

1.4. Game Rules and Fair Play

1.4.1 All wagers are placed, accepted, managed, and settled at Everygame’s operating headquarters. Any contractual disputes will be resolved by the courts in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

1.4.2 Bets will remain valid if placed by a third party using your account credentials, whether authorised or not.

1.4.3 The use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any artificial intelligence software is strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation may be suspended and funds confiscated.

1.4.4 Players must notify Everygame immediately of any system error, malfunction, or incorrect balance credit. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from software, hardware, internet connectivity, random number generators, or payment systems. Any wagers, winnings, or funds resulting from such errors or malfunctions will be considered void, must not be used, and will be reclaimed. Customers knowingly taking advantage of such errors may be held liable for resulting damages..

1.4.5 Wagering on behalf of others, or acting in collusion with other bettors or players to exploit promotions or markets, is prohibited.

1.4.6 All casino games offered by Everygame are monitored at all times. We have the ability to track and review each hand/roll/slot pull/spin for each player and game offered.

1.4.7 The platform is strictly for personal, recreational use. Accounts may not be used for commercial purposes, group betting, or any form of professional gambling.

1.4.8 All tournaments conclude at the published end time. Any play still in progress at that moment will be cancelled and incomplete sessions will not generate winnings.

1.5. Conduct

1.5.1 Abusive, offensive, or threatening language towards Everygame staff or in connection with your account will not be tolerated.

1.5.2 Usernames containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language will be changed, locked, or result in account closure.

1.5.3 Our support team provides general assistance only. Their advice or statements are not legally binding and do not override these Terms. In case of discrepancies, the written Terms and Conditions on our website prevail.

1.6. Limitation of Liability

1.6.1 The Casino provides its services “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

1.6.2 We are not liable for any losses arising from internet transmission failures, technical errors, disconnections, or third-party actions beyond our control. We also accept no liability for damages resulting from interception or misuse of information transmitted over the internet. In the event of a disconnection for any reason whatsoever between the player and the Casino, we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses. The balance of a player’s account shall at all times be as recorded on the Everygame games server.

1.6.3 Everygame shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

1.7. Intellectual Property

1.7.1 All content on the Everygame site, including software, trademarks, graphics, and designs, is the property of Everygame or its licensors. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

1.8. Indemnity

1.8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everygame, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activities.

1.9. Changes to the Terms

1.9.1 Everygame may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. We also reserve the right to modify our house rules without prior written notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using our services.

1.10. Marketing and Publicity

1.10.1 By accepting a prize or promotional offer, you consent to the Casino displaying your first name, player ID, or initials for marketing purposes. You may opt out by contacting customer service, unless otherwise required by law.

1.11. Additional Terms

1.11.1 We are not responsible for any claims or content from third-party sources or affiliates suggesting association with Everygame. We do not honour obligations based on fraudulent or misleading third-party offers.

1.11.2 Employees of Everygame and members of their households are prohibited from registering accounts, playing games, or participating in promotions.

1.11.3 These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Everygame regarding the use of our services. We may revise them at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Agreement

By creating an account or placing wagers with Everygame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or promotional rules published on our site.

Section 2: Bonus Terms and Conditions

How bonuses work:

Within your player account at Everygame Casino Classic you will maintain two separate balances; one for cash - your "Real" balance and one for bonus funds - your "Bonus" balance.

Bonuses are issued in the form of casino credits and are deposited into the bonus balance within your casino account. Bonuses can be used only for wagering purposes and can never be redeemed directly for cash.

When you make a wager on any game, your stake will be drawn from your bonus balance if there are sufficient funds. If the bet is won, your stake will be returned to your bonus balance and the winnings will be paid in cash into your real balance.

All bonuses must be claimed through the cashier software before the transfer of funds. Bonuses will not be issued retroactively under any circumstances.

Wagering Requirements.

If you choose to take advantage of the player bonus programs at Everygame Casino Classic there are certain restrictions regarding the withdrawal of any winnings resulting from wagers placed with bonus funds:

All bonuses have a minimum dollar value of wagers that must be reached before you will be permitted to withdraw. This is referred to as the "wagering requirement".

Currently the following wagering requirements apply:

Any bonus less than or equal to 100% of the deposit amount has a wagering requirement of 20X the playable balance, (Defined as the Deposit amount in $ plus the Bonus amount in $)
Any bonus greater than 100% of the deposit amount has a wagering requirement of 30X the playable balance.

All wagers on all games qualify 100% towards meeting your minimum wagering requirement with the following exceptions:

Any Blackjack wagers = 0%
Any Video Poker wagers = 0%
Any Roulette wagers = 0%
Jackpot slot games = 0%

For example: a bonus offers a 100% match. If you deposit $50 into your account you will receive an additional $50 bonus giving you $100 to wager with.

In order to meet the wagering requirements for this bonus, you will be required to wager the total amount ($100.00) x 20.

If all wagers are placed on games where 100% of the wagers qualify, then the wagering requirement is $100 x 20 = $2,000

If at any time an attempt is made to withdraw funds before wagering requirements have been met then the cashier will deliver a message that additional wagers are required.

The use of bonus funds to place any wagers on Roulette games is expressly forbidden and any wagers placed on these games will not count towards any wagering requirement.

A bonus is considered to be Active once the bonus funds have been accepted and credited to the player account. A bonus remains active until either the published Wagering requirement has been met, or until the combined bonus and cash balance fall below a value of $1.00.

If the combined Bonus Account and Real Account balance is less than $1.00, any Wagering requirements that were associated with your account are removed. In order to prevent legacy Wagering requirements being applied, we recommend that players do not accept additional bonuses if the combined account balance is higher than this minimum.

Non-Deposit Bonuses

2.1 Any bonus credits received without a corresponding deposit shall have an associated wagering requirement of forty (40) times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. The following exceptions apply:

Tournament winnings paid as bonus funds: Wagering requirement = 1x
Comp points redemption: Wagering requirement = 1x

2.2 Payouts from winnings generated from any non-deposit bonus, including tournament prizes awarded, are limited to five (5) times (X) the original bonus amount, or the minimum payable amount based on the chosen withdrawal method, whichever is the higher amount.

2.3 Players who have never purchased credits at Everygame Casino Classic are entitled to a one time withdrawal of winnings stemming from any casino activity up to and not exceeding $200 USD. Any additional requests for withdrawal will be denied and casino balance will be forfeited.

2.4 Players may not redeem multiple non-deposit offers, including free-spin offers without making a real money deposit in-between. Management reserves the right to withhold any winnings derived from activity that does not meet this condition.

2.5 Players whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free offer will not be allowed to withdraw any winnings derived from said offer.

Additional Restrictions

3.1 Players may not accumulate bonuses: Each bonus must be used in its entirety before any additional bonuses can be issued. Players attempting to claim multiple bonuses will forfeit any winnings from their account.

3.2 Everygame Casino Classic reserves the right to deny any player bonuses at their discretion.

3.3 Everygame Casino Classic reserves the right to confiscate all winnings if an individual uses bonus funds to play a game that is excluded from any promotion.

3.4 The maximum individual wager permitted using an active bonus is $2.00 on any single pay-line on any slot game and a maximum single wager of $10.00 on any game. Players placing wagers using an active bonus in excess of this maximum will forfeit any winnings from this session.

3.5 All casino wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by this casino. Any internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, the Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, close the player's account, or take any other appropriate counteraction.

3.6 Multiple registrations will be viewed as promotional abuse and will automatically void all winnings and result in all accounts being closed.

3.7 Players registering from certain jurisdictions are ineligible for bonus offers at Everygame Casino Classic. For a complete list of restricted countries, please see the Everygame General Bonus Rules, section 2.7.

3.8 Funds that are withdrawn from the casino account and then re-deposited will not be eligible for any bonus.

3.9 All tournament play and current spins will end exactly at the scheduled end time of the tournament. In-progress spins will not finish beyond the end time.
